You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire fourteen days after the day on which the contract is concluded.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://vivatec.de/vertrag-widerrufen/ . This function is available through the highlighted “Withdraw from contract” link at the bottom left of our website. If you use this online function, we will promptly send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium, in particular by email, including information about the content of your withdrawal statement and the date and time it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Additional information on early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For a contract for paid digital content not supplied on a physical data carrier, the right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun performance of the contract after

– you have expressly consented to performance beginning before the withdrawal period expires,

– you have acknowledged that your consent means you lose your right of withdrawal when performance begins, and

– we have provided confirmation pursuant to section 312f of the German Civil Code (BGB).

All conditions must be fulfilled. Purchasing a software licence, paying for it or using a free trial beforehand does not, on its own, automatically cause the right of withdrawal to expire.
