RustDesk is remote support software for screen sharing, similar to TeamViewer. We host the RustDesk infrastructure and connection information on our own server. This allows us to provide remote support using our own infrastructure.

Download the software for your operating system (Windows or Mac; a Linux version is in preparation).

Start the application and tell us the ID displayed. We can then begin your remote support session.
