We host the RustDesk infrastructure and connection information on our own server. This allows us to provide remote support using our own infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Download the software for your operating system (Windows or Mac; a Linux version is in preparation).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Start the application and tell us the ID displayed.
